Hello GoodSports Families,

We hope this message finds you well.

During the winter storm that occurred from Sunday, February 22nd, into Monday, February 23rd, GoodSports USA experienced a collapse of our bubble due to the severe weather conditions. We are relieved to report that no injuries occurred, and the safety of our athletes, families, and staff remains our top priority.

At GoodSports USA, the safety and integrity of our facilities are paramount. Immediately following the incident, our team worked closely with the Wall Township Police Department to secure the building and ensure the area was safe. We are now taking a careful and responsible approach by collaborating with experts and contractors to assess the necessary repairs or potential replacement, as well as the timeline for returning to full service.

As we work through this evaluation, all bubble programming will remain paused. We understand the importance of routine, practices, and events for your families, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we take the time needed to resolve the situation properly.

We would also like to recognize our dedicated staff, whose professionalism and preparedness ensured that the situation was handled calmly, responsibly, and with safety at the forefront.

Once we have a clear plan in place, we will communicate updates directly to you by email. We anticipate providing preliminary updates within the next few weeks and will continue to share information as it becomes available. For customers currently enrolled in programs held in the bubble, please keep an eye out for emails from your program directors with specific updates.
