TEAM FEE:
$1,350 - Men’s Open 4v4 League
$1,450 - Men’s Open 5v5 and Men’sOver 30
+ $20 Ref Fee (cash each game)
Full payment is required by week #2.
Credit card WILL be charged if payment is not made before 3rd game. NO Exceptions
(Non-Refundable $300 Deposit & Credit Card on File Required)
1st place teams receive a trophy and a $200 certificate for the following season
2nd place teams receive a trophy or a $100 certificate for the following season
HIGHLIGHTS
• Season lasts all summer long.
• All teams are guaranteed at least 10 games.
• Regulation size rink.
• Air-conditioned facility.
• Rosters will be locked after 2nd regular season game.
• Teams that forfeit MUST pay required $40 fee before start of next game.
• All teams MUST have matching colored jerseys with numbers. MANDATORY (Jerseys are NOT provided by GoodSports)
• NO roster changes allowed unless approved by league director.
• Schedule requests must be given to league director before schedules are made.
• No Guarantees can be made for schedule request.

To register as a team for the Summer 08 season use the 2008 Team Registration Form.
