Speed & Agility Camp at GoodSports

Camp Dates: August 11 - August 13
Camp Times: 9:00-12:00pm
Camp Fees: $195 per athlete
Ages: 10-20 years old - broken into 3 groups:
     ages 10-14
     ages 15-18
     College level

Camp Staff: Cornell Key
Trained over 1500 athletes ages 6 through top level college ranks, Sports performance director, performance coach, Defensive line coach, Assistant football coach at Monmouth University

Speed & Agility Highlights:
Teach essentials of acceleration and speed to every athlete in any sport
Help athletes apply the mechanics learned to their actual sports performance
Educate athletes about the importance of nutrition and relative body strength in regards to overall speed
Challenge each athlete to compete at their highest level efficiently while reducing injury potential
Encourage peak performance and sportsmanship for all ages
