Boys & Girls Grades 9 to 12
All levels welcome - players will be divided into groups based on skill level & gender

| ACADEMY DETAILS |
This program is custom designed to your level of play and is open from beginners to high school varsity players. Based on your level of play the Leading Edge staff will create a set of drills for you to work on each session. We track your progress and you WILL improve!
• First day of each program will be an evaluation day
• Players will then be grouped by grade and ability
• the stronger the group, the more challenging drills they will receive
• Your progress will be tracked on a weekly basis and as milestones are reached the drills will change as will the intensity with which you work each drill
• Players get better by working on the core skill set that their position demands.
• A 60 minute session will allow you to have over 200 touches (average player) of a lacrosse ball
Q - How many winter league games would it take to get that many touches?
A - About 10 GAMES for one of the top players on a team - - THINK ABOUT THAT!
• Offensive players will work on shooting, footwork, dodging, stick skills
• defensive players will work on footwork, stick positioning, stick skills, body positioning
• Goalies will work on arcs, footwork., stickwork, communication |
