- Fee - $175 Per Player
- Session 1 5:00pm – 6:00pm – 5-8 Grade Boys
- Session 2 6:00pm – 7:00pm HS Boys

Intense Skill Training – Each weekly session is broken down into 3 segments.
1. Skill Building – Stick Skills – Tracked per session to provide feedback, 100s of touches per practice
2. Position Specific Training –
Agility Training- Lacrosse specific agilities and speed work.
